is there any application that can make the UIQ fone convert video formats and/or cut mp3 songs as a ringtone??

there are lots of programs to convert these videos. you can use any mp4 converter. search on google. and nero's full version has a wave editor. it can cut mp3 files and convert audio formats. just select you wave piece on the wave editor with mouse, cut it, and paste it in a new wave file in editor.

nono i mean on the fone...is like u convert or cut music/video where ever u go with the phone, .not convert from pc then load in fone

Well on Symbian S60v3 theres an app called AudioCube, which allows me to Convert music and cut it right here on my N81, and for Videos theres is another software forgot the name. So maybe there is AudioCube for UIQ3 as well.

i think its stupid the cybershot phones don't recocognise or transcode mpeg 1 from the cypershot cameras.
i like to use my phone to send pxts from my cybershot camera(my p1i resizes 12.1mp to a pxt)
it would me great if i could transcode & send the videos as well
