While using the smart search feature on my phone I typed in th efirst three number which corresponded to the contact I wished to call, but accidentally hit the dial button before scrolling down to the contacts name.
Now whenever I type those same three numbers in they appear in the list of contacts below.
Does anyone know how to remove that number from the contact list that appears when using smart search.
I've already tried deleting my call history to no avail.

Doh... figure it out seconds after posting the question.
All you need to do is save that number then delete it from your phonebook
