I need a BIg help and I hope my problem will be solved over here.
When i just bought my P1i, I had been able to install java applications on it. but now I can't. whenever I try installing some .jar file i get a Screen which says
"Application closed."
Application : Application Installer
Reason Code: ucmp
Reason Number: 0
And just the continue button.

Same goes when i run "Uninstall application" in the phone to uninstalling the programs i've succesfully installed before.

Java and m2 problem at the same time...

That's a strange coincidence, isn't it ?

Are you trying to install the apps from your m2 ?

your problem is because your phone supports midp 1.0 and not higher.

Yes.
i download it on my pc, then transfer it to memory. then i install. its easier and cheeper to download to pc than from mobile internet. PC is clean, done checks with various antivirus and spyware.

have already sold my 512 Mb M2, thats y can't test with it.

Could that be the reason ?

You have mentioned in the other thread, that your 2 GB m2 doesn't work as expected, so it is very likely that your phone is unable to perform the write/read processes fm/to your m2 properly.
