da default quickoffice in my w960 is v.3 is it possible to update it to v.4 for free or i have to buy v.4??

I think you'll have to bite the bullet and buy it, as noone here has ever mentioned a free update to QO, and I feel sure they would have 
The only freebie upgrade I know of is for pdf+:
