sadly the football season is ending and i still have hope that chelsea will win the title and champions league. i hate man utd thats why i think that |

EPL doesn't excite me anymore, same old story every year. ManU or Chelsea, sometimes Arsenal and never Liverpool. Relegation is always more interesting because its too unpredictable. ManU will win it and Chelsea will do the CL.
The big one is coming in June, go Italy! After all the bad press they won the World Cup so watch out all those who slam Italian football. I bet it will be awesome, so many talents on show and so many good teams.
Before anybody gloats about the all English CL final, remember that the England boys will have their hard hats on in Stratford, getting the pride of Britain that is the Olympics; up and running. |

As somebody who works at stratford "Building the pride of Britain" there isnt that many england boys there.

Its because the clubs have all the money. Before it was a lot more intresting. It was not unheard of for a team to be promoted and win the league in the next year or so. Now its these promoted teams staying in the bottom 15 and most of the time, relegation. |

Not only money but the EPL is focussed on power and pace, not much skill. This is why the national team struggles. They maybe strong and fast etc. but at international level you need that extra quality to unlock tight defences. Beckham IMO is still their best player whereas Rooney is being moulded into a brute. The international stats define the quality of a player and Rooney doesn't score enough nor do the others.

not having a dig as the British engineers are fantastic and the foreign workers are dedicated but, the price of the Olympics is too high and there are so many mistakes i.e. design is too difficult blah blah. It's likely to fail and if it does succeed, the people of Stratford will make it a ghetto overnight. |

Looks like Birmingham will go down ha ha West Brom and Stoke are up. One Midlands team down 2 back up. I dont support anyone i only watch international football but this summer comes the European Cup and there is no England Ireland Scotland or Wales. Crazy. |
