Seems the Blue network 02 have copied Vodafone's success with there's Highley useful eForum!
So if you are a Customer of these or need some advice then you can also contact them through there if you wish to do so!

theres alot of questions on there but hardley any 02 staff answering there questions, it doesn't look very professional compared to Vodafones forum neither

well youl be no good same as 99% of the o2 staff. u dnt know that payngo has a 10minute cut off when downloading. and b4 you start i had a long chat with the contract gprs team and they confirmed it.

And to be honest, I'd rather speak to O2 cs than Three, Voda or Orange customer service. having dealt with all of them, their pretty shite.

James, Vodas online over the phone cs are however the stores are acceptable mindyou after saying that there eFORUM staff no alot more and provide better cs! How much did 02 buy the Millenium dome for or the rights to sell the iPhone?! Cos they've gone downhill somewhere lately my pal even has said the same I class them with 0range over data now mindyou both are alike getting!

Well dunno about you but I usually get through to O2 after the first 3 or 4 rings. If you don't, hang up and try again.

I used to always get thru quick even on my mothers landline when registering sim cards which they had sent out
the old Cellnet PAYG was a joke though I was pt on hold and took 30 mins lol still couldn't grumble back then 5p texts on "U" who mema's that?
