hey guys im having trouble working out wat this lil symbol it in the top left of the sreen:

Missed video call maybe? Clearing your call log or even just viewing the details of the call in the call log should get rid of it if that's the case.
I'm guessing by the way, I've never seen that icon either!

your video calls are being diverted
Go into the video calls divert bit and disable them |
