Auto expand inbox on P1i standby application |

Do you guys know how to have the inbox (with my emails) automatically expanded whenever there is new email on my P1i standby app?
Normally my inbox does not display any messages. Then a new messages comes in, plus sign appears next to inbox, but it is not auto expanded, so I have to click on the plus sign.
I check my emails only visually (no sound indication) and it's not the best that I don't know the details about the mail just by looking at the screen.
Do you have any idea?
Thanks! |

That's a neat idea. The menu could pop up during an active meeting as well, etc.? It already has some form of event- handling, so..

For me it's very strange that this is not the default. Because the standby app supposed to show a lot of things so that you don't have to check them one by one in their appropriate app. So it would be very logical that in case there is something new on the standby app appearing, should be visible at once, without user intervention like tapping on the plus sign. This makes the entire standby app somehow awkward, because it does not fulfil it's main reason. Summarizing things.
For instance your keys are locked. You turn the wheel to see the standby app just to check if there is something new. But since the items are collapsed, you have to unlock, tap on plus sign to see if it's important for you or not and then relock. This is very unconvienient. |

I agree. ..I put up a page on the wiki.. If you can add a few sentences on the point of the standby- screen there, that would be great.
