Problem with Image Editor and Phone Monitor Opts |

Hi,
I've got a T300 and the DCU-10 cable. I want to use the image editor. I've started the program, but is says "No T300 detected". I've talked to SonyEricsson and they can't help me (!). I think the problem is in the "Phone Monitor Options". Problem is that I cannot enable COM3! It isn't possible to highlight the text!
Edit: I have Windows XP
Please help!

I cannot speak for the hardware setup that you have, but I have a problem with XP and port allocations too. (Running a 3-d mill, so completely unrelated!)
HOWEVER, I would suggest that you look on the microsoft website and see if anyone has posted any similar problems there, which is what I did.
It seems that XP is terrible at re-allocating ports once they have been allocated to something else. So if you had, say, a mouse on Coms 3 at any point, then it would keep believing that a mouse was attached, despite anything else that you tell it.
