Today I took videos and pictures with my K850i cyber-shot. And i have no clue how to get those vids/pics to my PC. How do i do it? I tryed connecting it with USB and go to Mass Storage mode. and i went to the F: drive. also the G: drive. And on both, i went to the Pictures&Videos folder. And the picture and videos that i took isnt there. please help

Did you go to DCIM?

the easiest way is imo to store all pix and vids on the m2 and use a card reader, then u dont even need dcu60 cable and the transfer is faster aswell

As totalgsm said, find them at DCIM folder.

ok so i went to the DCIM folder and i only found my videos. I cant place where my picture is. hm where could it be?

Did you set the phone to save pictures to phone or memory card??

You must be at the wrong folder. Check where you saved your pictures; Phone memory or Memory card and go back to My Computer and check both folder out.
