Are phones4u's o2 contract phones unlocked? |

preferably unbranded aswell but are they unlocked?

They will be unlocked, as they use the same stock as O2 and they also use simfree phones.

ah right cool sounds good......its just i did a search of teh g00gle and it came back that most are not unlocked....but that was other networks...and i remember getting a d500 on o2 PAYG back when they were good....and it wasn't unlocked

nearly all PAYG phones will be locked, o2 contract phones are unlocked, but not PAYG.

The only place that sells unlocked pay as you go phones is Carphone Warehouse. They buy all their stock from the manufacturer in bulk and bundle it with either a pay monthly or pay as you go sim card depending on the need, much cheaper, where as P4U have to buy them from the network in smaller batches.

Contract, dunno then, all their O2 stock should be unlocked cause we never lock ours
20/20, yeah one of them, I never know supplies what other than that Dextra do our accessories

dunno what the 20/20 is about.....but anyway cheers....i may be getting one tomorrow but not sure....shame o2 charge like 100 quid for the phone on the o2 30 tariff and P4U will buy out the rest of contract....and do the phone for £50 on that contract

if it is unbranded and unlocked...then this is gonna be great... but i dont know about them but i saw one site who are selling unlocked, unbranded and also original phone withe the contract of t-mobile...that is based in new york.
the site is exoticphonedotcom and what u guys think? they are good?

maybe it is worth phoning up o2 and getting them to give you discount.
