hi i was wondering if anyone can help me with these problem im having on ebay. okay basially someone bought my item and no wthey are refusing to pay for it.. what can i do? will ebay give me the money for it or will they force him to give me the item? |

Hi. Are you the seller or the buyer? I ask because you you say someone bought your item and then at the end, you say will they force HIM to give me the item. The advice is different in each case.
