i think it is marks, I will confirm this later, its not dust on the outside (well some of it is). The marks look strange don't they?

UPDATE:
phone has not got any dust under screen. Problem was the outer LCD was a little mucky, given it a polish now and it looks better, still got a few light surface scratches though . Will update original post with pictures soon
(Camera is on charge)
