Video app boosts P1 interface speed (not sure if this applies to other UIQ phones too?) |

Not sure if this has been discussed before, but I was told by a friend of mine who owns a P990 that if you run the built-in Video app:
Main Menu > Entertainment > Video
and then select on the bottom menu:
More > Settings > Configuration
and change the following settings to:
1 - Media buffer: Custom setting
2 - Drags slider all the way to the right where it says Max 15 Sec
3 - Download cache: Clear cache (CHECKED)
Finally click Save and return to the Standby Menu. Notice the interface speed gain. Not sure what is behind all this, but simply amazing.... At least it works on my mate's P990 and my P1. Could somebody also check if this works for W950 and W960 and post results too?
Regards,
