Hi everyone,
This has me stumped: I am trying to get a Sony Ericsson W910i to display the picture associated with a contact when a call is received from the contact. I have been able to do this on nearly every other phone I have owned but cannot get the W910i to do so.
I have setup a contact and in the contact details associated a picture with the contact. The phone recognises the picture because it displays it nearly every place it can when you are working with the contact. Eg. On the contact details screen, on the speed dial screen if assign the contact to a speed dial number, etc.
What it won't do is display the picture when the contact calls 
This is not a caller ID problem. The phone displays the contact name when it receives the call, just not the contact's picture.
Can someone help? There must be a way to get the W910i to display the contact picture when receiving a call from the contact!!  | |

i found the same problem, then i discovered that once i had copied my contacts to the phone memory, if the contacts were still on the sim, it looked at the sim first when someone was calling.
if you delete the contacts off the sim, just leaving the contacts on phone memory it now works
