I've just sent my w910i by Special delivery to their centre in Banbury after it kept restarting. How do i know the status of my phone in which they received it, serviced and sent it back? Whats your experience?

i got my K810 back within a week of sending it.Didn't get confirmation of repair from them though but service was very quick and the phone arrived in the same condition as it was sent.Just make sure you back up everything as they also reflash the phones software before returning it.

pretty much the same thing happened for my k700 when it went in for a joystick replacement. the software was reflashed, as Rookwise said, but they put the same version on it as there wasnt an update for it

K700i > K750i > K810i (current phone)
