ive had this phone for about 6 months now, on contract with 3 in the uk and about a week ago the very top right button stopped working when i pressed it (the one generally used to confirm everything etc.) and then the 'c' key underneath it started playing up.
so today i decided to take my phone apart and see if something was wrong with the keyboard somehow. everything looks ok to me (not that im claiming to be an expert, but still). i wiggled the keypad bit around a bit and it started working again. unfortunately, putting it back together caused it to stop working again.
a this point i decided to take the screen off and the keyboard and have a proper look (just incase). now, with the phone turned on - the whole of the top part of the keypad doesnt work (except the joystick bit) so i can only use the numbers. however, if i move the keypad around a bit, the top part lights up and is useable, however it has to be held away from the phone in an exact position. i think it may have something to do with the copper wire connecting the keypad to the phone.
dont know if anyone can help me at all. bit of a long shot really lol.
