Many choose to work to rule i.e no covering lessons or helping during dinner etc. Hopefully you'll be lucky and they'll shut your school! My college will still be open still though

NASUWT aren't though. The N.U.T. is by far the biggest of the teacher unions. He who laughs last... thinks slowest. Nokia 5800, Sony Ericsson P1i, Nokia 7600.
