Hi,

is it possible to recover phone numbers from FLASH and FS folders made by FAR manager? I have SE W800i.

I did a copy of these folders (FLASH and FS) by FAR manager before flashing new firmware. I need mainly phone numbers...

Thanks for help
Peter

Give a search if the numbers are in the FS it won't be any problem to find them.. But again I have figured yout another thing... At least in my K800 when I make phonebook backup, all contacts from the phonebook are stored in a file called PB_Backup.vcf so you can try searching for that file... If you find it, see it's location and then copy it in the FS... The use "restore phonebook" option... This may work imo...

Unfortunatelly, there is no *.vcf or PB_Backup.* file in my FS folder I also tried to find something like number etc....but nothing.

I did not make any phone backup in the phone, I just copied FS folder on my hard drive before I flashed firmware.

as gregface said, it's stored in the gdfs not the FS. If you don't have a GDFS backup then you can't restore the phonebook. Sorry.
