it fell on the groundn i took it apart n every thing looks ok

Well if you have enough courage  haha open up your phone and check if all the parts are connected good each to other... After the drop impact some parts could be moved so they don't have good contact with the motherboard. Anyway the drop may caused parts damage too so you will have to replace that parts with new ones.
