ken4819 Joined: Jan 12, 2002 Posts: 27 PM	Posted: 2002-12-29 03:25 Hi guys - i noticed something with my mobiles reception - when i am in a region of no reception for a long period of time and then i go out to a region of good reception my mobile tends not to get it's reception back - i will have to restart it. Sometimes the network indicator is stuck to full - yet when i try to call i get no reception nothing. I have set gprs when available and my network support gprs - and also i noticed that in certain areas even though i get some degree of reception the gprs icon has a slash across it, and in these areas when i try to call with mob i get some weak reception - the reception bar would be marking two or three bars. Has anyone have the same problem - could it be the sim card?

Perhaps an upgrade will do the trick...? If you have v.3.12 you might consider an upgrade because that version is known to have some bugs. carpe noctem
