i'm in doubt which game to get for the weekend: COD4 or Vegas-2 ?

Get a 360 and you'll be able to afford both 
But both games are very good. Ive heard good things about RS2 and Ive got COD4 which is immensely good!!

i dont have any of these games but seeing the amount of complaints about the R6V2 online modes on the playstation forums, i would get cod4

I have both....... COD4 may have '''slightly''' better graphics (R 6 Vegas 2 graphics are still very good), but they have different stories. So its worth it to get both imo! The different settings are enough for me to keep both.

Vegas is a great game, I had the first for PC which although wasn't greatly populated online it was very fun and well worth the money. However as it seems most people have said, Call of Duty 4 is a brilliant game and is arguably the best FPS released as of yet. The singleplayer is relatively short, but bearing in mind how well made and impressive it is, plus the arcade features that you get once it's completed the first time - you certainly won't mind replaying it. The online multiplayer is where it is at, great fun and even addictive at times. You can achieve ranks and unlocks through getting points from playing against others online, e.g. from kills and completing challenges etc - for example new guns, gun additions such as scopes and silencers, as well as gun paint - the blue and red tiger paint is awesome.

If your wanting to play online, then COD4. I have played both, and find you need different strategies for both games, as one is very fast playing and the other is quite slow.

i've owned 4 xbox 360's ... no trust me, no way i get one again.
got myself vegas2 but i'm done with the singleplayer. and multiplayer is just formed with teams of retarts. |

Yeah R6v2 seems to be getting some bad feedback..nothing new on offer from the previous one..Cod4 is reaching legendary status now..but alas Cod5 is back again to the old WW2 campaigns..

^ I don't mind, the old CoD games were very fun.
They just have to keep making the games very different from the previous WW2 additions, such as in the Pacific (America, Britain, Japan etc) which hasn't happened as of yet, or even Vietnam etc.
