S500i light effects not working properly after updating software |

Hello!
I've updated my phone software via official SE Update Service to version CXC1123326 R8BA024 071010.
After this my light effects started to work wrong!
When keypad is unlocked, everything is ok, but after i lock keyboard, there is only one, wrong colour of effect (i guess it's "Iced"). Personalized effects just don't light up!
On older software everything was ok on both locked and unlocked keyboard.
Anyone know an explanation to this?  |

try downgrading it back to the older firmware by XS++
and no i cant explain this sorry

Thanks, but that's the last thing i want to do, because of warranty.
Also, i didn't check what version it was previously... my mistake.
P.S. Do you know any place, where i can find previous software versions?

Reflashing the phone is the best solution imo... Anyway you cannot flash it via SEUS again cause you got the latest firmware now. So yov have several solutions:
- avoid the warranty and flash the phone with XS++;
- do a master reset and see if it solves the problem;
- return the phone to SE service center to get it fixed without losing the warranty.
