Hi Guys,
Really hope someone can help me with this.

My k850i is goosed. i was having problems with it re-booting itself and turning its self off. when it turned itself off the only way 2 get it on was to take the battery out and put it back in and that worked.

I have the latest firmware on it but now all the keypads light up and the blue light around the camera lense but nothing happens, wont turn off or on.
i have removed the battery and the sim and replaced, tried bootin without sim, nothing!!

when i turn it on it just stays lit but does nothing

SE couldnt help other than, send it in 2 get fixed!

any one out there have any ideas??

Thanks

The only option seems to be getting it repaired.

Try www.kulankendi.com first in case it's a firmware problem.
