Transferring old text messages to W890i |

Hi everybody! I have just got a new W890i which I am liking very much. I am wondering if it's possible to transfer my text messages from my old W810i to this phone. Has anyone had any experience of this or is anyone able to offer any advise?
Sorry if this has been covered before, but I've been looking through these forums for a couple of hours and am starting to get a headache :0)

Thanks for that :0) I've managed to get the messages off the old phone onto the computer. But it won't let me upload them to the new phone. Anyone managed to get this to work?

I used MyPhoneExplorer which allows you to export all your msg's from your old phone to the PC then import them using a new or different phone.
Also I used the exact same phones going from a w810i to a w890i

If your previous phone was Sony Ericsson too you can easily transfer the messages using latest version of My Phone Explorer.

Thanks guys, I got there in the end :0) I had to change the comm port to the new phone before uploading from the old phones profile.
Now I can look at all those soppy old messages from my girlfriend :0) |
