You might struggle to get £250 for it I'm afraid, regardless of what it comes with (Unless it's hundreds of games!) as you can pretty much get a PS3 for that price now!

That sounds like a terrible deal. 
You need to tell us what games exactly, what condition its in, etc. People can get a good condition PS2 (or a new one) really cheap these days.

Buy a 360 and games for that.
