The phone has paired up with the bluespoon it works when some one calls me but when I go to make a call with voice dial it will work once then it will like disconnect. So I can't make voice calls again. If I dial a number it connects to the bluespoon but can't same names to call out. I have all the voice commands in any suggestions.

Are Bluetooth set to On or Auto? I have experienced many problems using voice dialing when BT is set to Auto. Try to change if you have it on Auto.

First off copy all numbers unto sim card then do a master reset.then turn bluetooth on, then pair! Copy back your numbers. Hope this solves it. If not, then do a search on esato on this very subject. Cheers!

I've had that before, just reset the Bluetooth (use the cradle etc. - read the instructions to do this).
