Does anyone know if there is a way to access the menus on the k608i without a sim card? |

No, there isn't any. Maybe possible by patching but dont know if there's any patch available for ur handset.

Thanks for the quick reply, the only two things I can think of are
1. Send the phone away to get it unlocked and use the sim card from first phone
2. Keep changing the sim card from my new phone to my k608i when I want to use the radio
