Comes complete with Charger, battery, case and USB lead.
It is in good condition with a few monior marks (none that i can see on the screen).

is there a way to like change internet settings so it cant connect to the internet? Because i dont want any nasty data charges

You shouldnt be charged ant internet charges unless you use the web browser or activate your mobile account with blackberry.
