well nothing to be worried about 
just here in AUS, or just Victoria, not sure if its the whole country or not, they are doing a test on power usage. And how much we can save bla bla. So they asking everyone to turn their power off from 8-9pm (in 14mins)
Of course not every one will do it, but my house is! Every light is off, few powerpoints are, just the 2 frides are on and house phones (in case of emergency) and modem.....
Dont understand why they do it on a friday though  need a shower before i go out, but dont want it yet, not gonna have a light in there for it. Need to use a bl**dy candle so i can see! gonna take me much longer than usual to get ready.
got my laptop on charge now, hope it lasts me the hour
got the candles out now
