I don't have any funds in my account, but it is a UK Verified paypal account linked to a UK bank account.
On the add funds page:
"You may make payments from your bank account without adding funds to your PayPal balance. "
So does this mean I can just buy something and send the money just like that?
I just don't want my first feedback on eBay to be a negative.
