I have a video card with tv. Now i cant capture tv.When i delete Mobile phone monitor (MPM) i can capture ?!?!?!?!?!!?! |

That's a strange one. It sounds like an IRQ clash between the com ports and your capture card. But most of the time, in fact almost all of the time, the IRQs reserved for both com ports on any PC don't normally come into the range of the IRQs used by expansion cards regardless of whether they are on PCI or AGP (or CMR if you are unlucky enough to have one).
Check the IRQs being used by loading up "System Information"
(Start -> Accessories -> System Tools ->...")
This program is present on both WinXp and Win2000. Not sure about Win98/WinME. |

Or you can set the devices to use a different com port. (either for the capture device or your phone) |

The tv tuner is built in the video card (asus v8460 ultra deluxe) and
data cable is usb i dont know what to do
