As first posted a few months ago Vodafone have crept up with a nifty idea to give there customers the best interest and attention by having them registar with there eforum.

this forum provides consumers with help they require thats frustrating them with handsets or services and other technical issues, the site has many Vodafone staff advisers on patrol so why not use it?

Anyway the forum has a new topic section on Future of Mobiles,
see link: http://forum.vodafone.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=3276

in this area Vodafone wish to know what your seeking for within handsets plus what you would like to see them bring forth in there services.

Quite quick tbh I had a issue with VAT and I got quite a few replys of other members then some Ian from Vodafone responded too

it's a good idea,
but just watch what you write as it's nothing like our humble Esato lol

I wanted to give a tip about debranding a N95 cos some member was fed up with the branding I guess I can't do that lmao!

They should do a tariff that includes data tbh,
but it would have to be atleast 100mins and 500 texts for £20 per month

I might create a topic and see if they plan on doing anything like that..

Really impressed with their forum, the Vodafone staff on the forum seem helpful and know what they're talking about - they should be doing more to promote it as it's a great resource.
