Hi,

I have expirienced a strange problem with my W800i photopart 2 weeks ago.

I am not able to make a snapshot:( Everytime I make a snapshot, the mobile will switch the photopart out and returns to the basic mobile screen without saving the snapshot...

Any clue?
Thanx

that happened to my workmate's w810. the problem lies in the sensor of the camera button key.

Probably a software glitch, try updating your phone firmware

How did you solve the sensor problem? But I am not sure if it is the button issue, because there is a sound of a new snapshot...

Software glitch? But I did no changes with the phone...one day it works ok, the other is corrupted.

I used to get that on my V600i, but only when doing burst shots. From what I could tell it was a problem with the phone no having enough free memory to complete the task.

Try giving the phone a restart if you haven't done so already. If that doesn't work, then try turning it off and removing the battery and leaving it to rest for a good half hour to an hour. Then try again. If that doesn't sort it out, then try some of the other suggestions.
