Last of the Summer Wine and Porridge actor Brian Wilde has died at the age of 86, his agent has confirmed.
are there any original Last of the Summer Wine actors still alive?
and is it just me, or since Christmas have there been an extraordinary number of well known people shuffling off this mortal coil?

Peter Salis (sp?) who plays Cleggy is still alive I think? You're right though, they've been dropping like flies these last few days to put it bluntly!
