Hi There. I'm from Argentina, but I'm living now in México City. I've been receiving several copies of the same email message from different people, including my grandmother (yes, my grandmother (80yo) uses Internet has an older ICQ number than mine and uses MSN too:D).
The message says that if you forward the message to 8 addresses on your contact list, in no more than three weeks you'll be receiving for FREE the "new" W810. If you do the same thing but with 20 or more of your contacts and if you're lucky you can receive for FREE the W950 after a few weeks.

I can paste here the whole message, but it's in spanish. Also, I have an email address that, according to the message, you have to include it to the list, because is the person in charge of the "...marketing action trying to put Sony Ericsson brand in a better place than Nokia, and rise the popularity of the brand; that's why Sony Ericsson distributes these two handsets for free..."

I don't know. I think isn't correct to paste here the email address, of the person... but if someone in SE can clarify this, but it seems to be a another silly email that collects addresses.

That´s all... Thanks and sorry about my "engrish"

There are about 1000 different versins of that message. None are real. Why would anyone give you a free phone just for sending a few emails?

It's like that time I got letter, addressed to me, from Singapore, saying I had died in a plane crash and I was entitled to my $2bn fortune.
How much realer can it get?! Retards.

thats not entirely correct. I use (and helped originally test) readnotify.com which has the capability to track messages that you send which then get forwarded to others, and that could fit this scenario

@Massuer

ReadNotify looks very interesting! The self-desructing emails sounds a bit Mission Impossible to me. It doesn't set the Laptop on fire does it?

nah, self destructing emails are not downloadable to your pc in the normal way. you have to click a link and you see them on a web page for the time specified by the sender, then the web page closes.

readnotify is absolutely amazing on what it can do. I'm just glad I beta tested it so I have a lifetime free use!

not withstanding the efficacy of readnotify, I still expect no one will give me a free W810 by forwarding 8 emails
