Hi, does anyone know how I can recover a amr file from the phones memory card?

if you are sure it was deleted from the memory stick, you could use PC Inspector smart recovery
dont remember where i downloaded it from.
i had a problem like that here

I tried PC Inspector but it was no use, I will try the Sony product, thanks for that link as I didnt even know that existed.
