Hi ive got an 02 pay monthly contract which isnt getting the use it deserves so ive decided to get rid of it.

It comes with a w810i... It has 400mins + 1000 texts to any network any time plus free unlimited 02 texts.

It is £30 p/m but im willing to pay a £5 a month till the contract ends. (so you pay £25 p/m.)

I got it in november 2007 and it is an 18month contract.

Looking to get rid by end of month as it is getting too expensive for me.

Thank You.

I will include £50 cash too.

Please let me know of any interest cause i will consider anything to get rid of this.

Thanks.

Hang on, your willing to GIVE you sim card to somone else and you're going to keep the contract in your name? Your either stupid or crazy.

What if said person doesn't pay the bill (assuming they will), or uses it for unautorised means, or starts racking up massive ammounts over the bill. You, are royally f**ked I'm afraid.

Most risky thing you can do, I wouldn't do it.

Sell the phone by all means, but your contract is a LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT to you and you alone, and if someone else is using the sim with your persmission and something happens, it can screw up your credit history and blacklist you, NOT A GOOD THING.

they all do, but you have to go though a full credit check as if you was starting a new contract still.

As far as I'm aware, O2 don't do it, or if they do, both parties must be present or available on the same phone call.

So, your stuffed. Your contract, your mess. You got yourself into it, now you've got to pay it, like it or not. You make your choice you live with it etc etc. I could go on, but you get the idea.
