I'm looking into buying a USB IR or data cable to connect my PC with my t68i. I don't know which one is better?

Is there less hassle with IR? (set up time, problems, software, etc.)?
What are the steps I have to take in order to set up and IR connection properly?

What are the specific steps in sending files from pc to the phone?
Is there a software needed?

When i send via IR (phone to PC), where does it save the file?

When you set up IRDA on your PC (check the IRDA icon on Control Panel), you can specify a directory on your hard disk to download to.

If IRDA is setup properly on your PC (so you can exchange with other Windows IRDA enabled PCs etc.) you can exchange files immediately with your mobile as IRDA is already set up on it (you just have to enable it).

u can also use a bluetooth usb adaptor if u want,
it works great, but it's more expensive.
