Ouch... have you put it in the correct way?
normally Samsungs require a little nudge and pull to get them out seems yours has a issue

Get something small and give it a pull cos im sure that Samsung memory cards dont click into place they just go in if you know what i mean. So just give it a pull with something that can grasp it. I might be wrong just a thought.

AFAIK i put it in right, especially as the phone recognizes it, i tried pushing it with a needle, a mini screwdriver....and it still doesnt come out....i push it but it doesnt click back out if you get me
will my service centre do it for free as i got it from eBay?

Alex i'd enquiry first cos I don't know how eBay phones go about repair if you haven't got the reciept!
i'd personally send it back to the guy and ask for a full refund and buy one from CPW

Ok Ok... ask him for the original reciept just tell him you have a problem with the memory card and you need proof of ownership to get it sorted!
Intercity Communications on Broad st Birmingham,
may do it for you w/o the reciept as what I recall they've never needed any proof of me when I went to have my E65 sorted,
they have the details on there system as they explained and know when the warranty is valid till

YEEEESSSS!!!!!!
sorted it, it was the memory card inclued int he phones package....must have been manufactured too thickly, i pushed it a few times and heard it clicking but not soming out so got the plastic toothpick from a victorinox penknife thingy and iggle it, then it just sprung to where you can pull it out....i've just tried the card i had left over from my n95 and it works and springs out so like i say the card must be too thick....
i'm happy now.....may ask him for the receipt anyway just incase

Got a new question now, does anyone know if the service centre will charge to reflash with unbranded software as the o2 branded one has contacts on left key, menu on middle joystick button, and o2 Active on the right....which means i cant access the main menu when using the music player in minimised mode as this becomes the pause button
