If there's any new 2MP Cybershot |

Just some question that crosses my mind to be out of my own curiosity.
If... there's any new 2MP Cybershot (with AF of course) who has more capability and quality than K750/W800/W810, have some better flash (dual LED or Xenon - any of them), with price range higher than K750 but still lower than K790, do you want to buy it?
Why? Any reason?
The point of this topic is.. 2008 is 3.2 - 5 MP era, so is there any chance that remaking a new 2MP Cybershot is relevant?
It is a simple topic, but maybe we can go far from this.

There is K550, but that doesn't really bring much new compared to K550.

K550's quality is under K750, I think.
Say.. this new 2MP Cybershot has the win quality compared to any previous 2MP phones.
Do you want to buy it? Or do you buy the 3MP ones instead?

You better wish for a K750 Classic lol.
IMO, C702 is not a high-end device. SE may keep C5xx for a more affordable version (2MP+AF as you wish may be?).

A K550 with:
- 2MP CCD Lense, 3x Optical Zoom
- Xenon Flash
- 2" QVGA TFT LCD Display (Phone size being same)
- Better Build Quality
- A good Camera Driver
Well it ain't gonna happen but, if, only the small things mentioned above, SE add to K550 and launch at a slightly higher price than K550, I would buy one...
But it ain't gonna happen...

Aye2.. so if this new 2MP Cybershot have better platform (A200 perhaps, meaning larger video recording), it will be some sort of captivation, right?

Interesting. Though it will become more expensive than K800 I think.

good quality QVGA display
A200
QVGA video capture
its not too much to ask 
i heard that a new mid cibershot named (c300 ) was going to be announced soon , maybe 17th of june
is this true ? i hope so |

here in my hometown you can buy K850 for only 180 EURO (100% unlocked), its some special-summer-sale...thats bloody cheap. maybe you should buy a new phone with new platform, new features, etc... much more funny to use then k800/k810/k750. (k750 is a good phone, but K850 is sooo much better, and yes, even the camera, its takes just a little more work)
if you want i can check if you can order a k850 for this low price. (its the same price as a k800)
or what about this macro pic (k850). think any 2 M.P phone can go back to bed and stay there...

here in argentina k850 cost like 400 american dollars and i dont want to spend that money on a cellphone .. so i was looking for a mid range phone (only SE ) with a good camera, screen and a200 but there is none. My only alternative is to buy k550 ( about 200 dollars) although it is not the newest model |

Buy a early K750 second hand, then buy an MXE-60 xenon flash add on.
For the video record issue sorry ive no idea. |

nnjjaa. sure mxe-60 is quite good, but what a stupid thing to have a extern flash (and that big) under your cell phone. it looks odd and it feels odd.
buy a k800/k810 or a k850, then you have better camera, better video recording and xenon flash. (k750 is stoneage for the love a god)

Id much rather have the K750 then either of those 3.
Ive used a K810 & I hated it, the lad at work has a K850 ( well he is on the 4th at the moment ) its awful, slow to use & 95 % of the time doesnt take that good a picture, he was another person taken in by the Cyber Shot sticker.
Just because it has more mega pixle's doesnt = a better picture when the sensor used isnt up to the job. |
