Another PK Mini-Review this time of the W890i Phone

Plenty of pictures of the Beauty so 56k users pls forgive me (if u still exist)

Not the best reviewer but done me best for ya

Played with the retail version for around a week,

Overall very impressed with the size, looks, camera, media player and the buttons compared to the W880i

Right, enough of the intro! now some pics and vids

Enjoy dudes

Download 2 videos recorded with the W890i:

Sorry for the amount of pics folks, couldn't resist

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now the boring bits:

W890i Main features:

HSDPA, EDGE, HSCSD, Bluetooth
Smooth slim body
Solid construction
Quad-band GSM
3.2 megapixel camera
Location services, Smart search
Media center, Walkman 3.0
SensMe tempo and mood detector, TrackID
FM radio
2GB M2 card included
Quick photo browser
9.9 mm thick
weight 78 g

Applications/Games:

File manager, Alarms, Applications,
Video call, Calendar, Tasks, Notes, Synchronization,
Timer, Stopwatch, Calculator, Code memo,
MusicDJ, VideoDJ, TrackID, voice recorder, Music Mate 4.
Games: Lumines Block, Sims 2 & Tennis Multiplayer

Good points for me:

W890i uses the Access NetFront HTML browser, this time with the latest 3.4 version.
The main improvement here is the integrated virtual mouse pointer. Thumbs up from me
Really easy to work with and even the small font doesn't spoil the user-friendly web browser.
Phonebook can store up to 1000 entries with a total of 7000 phone numbers.
Flash lite Themes always a pleasure to have. a few new themes avaialble. (may share later)
have designed another beauty, turns heads for sure. Sleek and Sexy, user friendly.
Ideal phone to slip into your pocket for the night out, and various colours to choose from
Radio and the New Media Player suit the phone well.
HSDPA and quad-band GSM support well appreciated
New back cover locks goes well with the looks.
battery life seems decent, 1 charge in over 3 days.
Buttons will not crack, guaranteed

A few bad Points:

Office documents eg Word, Excel and PDF cannot be opened.
No Autofocus
No Autorotate on the Media player
Speaker very similar to the W880i, not bad with the headset though
No Shake Feature
To take M2 card out, back plate needs to be removed!
Fastport on side, prefer it on the bottom.

Overall score from me: 9/10
W890i Phone gets a Big Thumbs up from me.

Any Q's please ask!!

Nice review PK - lots of pics as always

Looks like the W890 performed better than your digital cam in some pics
