"Motorola Inc.'s chief marketing officer left the company, the latest in a string of high level departures as the equipment maker rushes to restructure and stave off a proxy battle with activist investor Carl Icahn.
Kenneth C. "Casey" Keller Jr., 46 years old, a longtime marketer of Heinz ketchup and Pringles chips hired in October 2006 to revitalize the brand, left last Friday. The company hadn't previously disclosed Mr. Keller's departure but confirmed it yesterday. He didn't immediately return a call seeking comment.
