Hi Peeps,
Got the above for sale.

Just the ipod, thats all.

In used condition, has marks all over it.

Tried to charge it from the USB, but it comes up with the apple logo, then a battery meter, but can't get it to turn on.

Sold, as faulty.

Looking for sensible offers.

3rd gen had four buttons just below the screen

4th gen had them on the wheel

Ok, this is 4th gen then.

Just has the wheel, and all buttons on there.

If memory serves me right, the fix for that is it requires you to charge it via the power adaptor. If it was the firewire model then same thing after a firmware update, it would just show the battery meter. So quite simple to fix if you have a power charge, try the iphone's if you have one.
