no, it is not broken, I have not mentioned this but is i donīt have a sim in and i start it it says "insert sim" when i do insert my own sim it says "insert correct sim" so the sim reader is not broke

Right, well I didn't see the bit where you said "Insert Correct USIM".

So yes, it's locked, get it unlocked, simple.

It's a bit of a grey area, as the vast majority of phone shops won't unlock them.

Find out where your local independant phone dealer is, or the local person who sells accessories etc for phones.

u can unlock it for free ( with patch file solution, with setool3 box ), it means temporary unlock. ask around, sy has to got that box around u. setool also offer direct unlock, costs 10 credits, about 20-30 euro.

you dont need the setool box version as setool2lite can patch db2020 phones for free
