hello,
I would like to get help from any willing esato member presently living in UK. I need help in contacting a UK eBay powerseller that is not responding to my email since last 2 weeks ago.
the problem is simple, I bought a supposedly brand new Krusell case from him and found that upon opening the package, the Krusell case has pretty deep scuff marks on the back, and the top front left case stitches had almost came off (and eventually is totally loose when I tried to fit my phone in). so I'm trying to ask the guy if I can return the item and get my money back because I don't want to have to wait for another month to get a replacement case. it took about 12 days from the day I bought the item on eBay and getting it on my hand. if I ship it back to him (another 12+ days), then he'll ship a replacement (another 12+ days), wouldn't it be a month already....
please help? I tried calling and nobody answers, probably because my number won't show on caller ID? if some local people called, I thought he'd answer?
