My HPM-70 don't work anymore, so I'm buying new headphones to use with my W610. I heard Koss headphones are the best out there, is that true?

I'd want a ear inn headphones like the HPM-70. I can buy also the HPM-82, is it any better?

I don't care about the price, since I use my Walkman phone as my main MP3 player, and I want good quality headphones.

Thank in advance

Im also in the thoughts of buying headphone/earpieces.
So im going to follow this thread.

Myself i am looking on these bluetooth earpieces, like HBH-DS970 but am a little worried that the sound maybe isnt as good/lagging as in those with cable all the way to the phone. (HPM-modells)

i just recently bought HPM-85 and as big as it seems, it produces great sound.. i mean, if u dont care about the size and all, go for this one.. produces great bass and its kind of a noise reduction headset.. i only use half of the volume bar when i use it.. at first i was thinking of getting the bluetooth headset, but i read here that its not that good.. sometimes the sound skips or something.. basically, it will all boil down on what you prefer..

Peace!

koss are no way near the best. if we're talking earphones, (ie: just for music, no built in headset mic, use with fastport to 3.5mm adapter) & money no object, there's canal phones & custom moulds, lookee here http://www.earphonesolutions.com/, maybe excessive for phones though, i always find SE phones are quieter than say, an ipod

I am not an audiophile, and i also broke my HPM-70 but thank god the adapter still works perfectly, so i bought a creative earphones thereafter i tried my friend's bose earphones used in his ipod and i was impressed with the bass rendering (i often use megabass anyway as i really want bassy music) voice clarity were good at least for me although i can't assure the quality i'm talking about as i'm only using W800 as my main music player and as i said i'm not an audiophile but the bose earphone i tried sounds richer and better than the creative earphones i own

A good not-too-overpriced-like-a-pair-of-Shures are the Sennheiser CX400's.

Personally I've not tried them but HERE's a Stuff.tv review.
