Hi guys.
Got a faulty W880 here. In really poor condition, housing is cracked although not that much paint rubbing. Phone and battery only. Black and orange colour, missing front sticker.
Unlocked and unbranded.
May just need a new housing as I believe that the battery isn't touching the connectors properly.
EDIT: Got another W880 here. Again non functional and unable to test. Again black and orange but in good condition. Very recent new housing. Missing screw covers on the back and front sticker.
Offers?

Is it powering up at all, any signs of moisture damage?
If there's no water damage I'll start you at a tenner

Sorry I haven't updated this thread.
Basically this phone was mine. I was stuck with it for ages and sold it to a friend who needed a new phone. I was at his on friday and he said here, it's (insert expletive here). So I said I will take it off your hands as I know when phones are wrecked to your average person they aren't to us!
Anyway, more to the point. I removed the moisture damage detector on the battery as I was going to try to send it in for warrenty (don't laugh!) as the guy thought a quick lick on the battery terminals will fix it and caught the moisture sensor. That is the absolute truth, not lying at all. So no water damage!
Now here's where it gets weird. When he gave me it, it powered up. It did have some paper holding the battery down. The next day I took it out and now can't get it to power up, although it may simply be a dead battery???
So at the least it's good for parts I would have thought.
Sorry for essay.
Cheers
