IMO, rather than saying that one site looks better than the other,

I'd say that looking at Nokia's site layout, seems to be more targeted towards businessmen and professionals..

And SE's sites' seem to be targeting the younger college going kind of audience..

But overall one thing that both sites depict in an equally good manner is provide information about their respective mobiles and other stuff..which is what one would basically visit a cellphone site for...rather than look for the greatest site design in the world.

I'd rather look for 'eye-candy' and 'cool quotient' in their cell phones and not their websites..

Again, SE has much more eye-candy in their cellphones than Nokia... but that may be just my opinion.
