heya, im in the UK and want an iphone.

Could an unlocked one work on the 3 network?

thanks.
I've had too many phones in my life to list! I can't remember some, but i certainly know that in the past 4 years, i've got through about 40.

The shortest time i've had a phone for is... 21 hours.

No,

It is not a 3G/UMTS/WCDMA handset - and the 3 Network runs only on this type of network.

The iPhone will not work on the 3 Network, which is the reason why Apple have not sold it in Japan heavily - as Japan is majority 3G.
Sony Alpha.
